Wills and estates law are
a large part of our practice. We assist clients with the preparation of
wills, inter vivos trusts, family trusts, personal directives and powers of
attorney. We also assist executors, administrators and trustees in the
administration of estates, including: preparation of the application for a
grant, liquidation of assets, payment of debts (including income taxes),
accounting to beneficiaries, distribution of the estate, and giving advice
as issues arise.
Susan Ambrose can be
retained by beneficiaries to give advice when they have concerns about the
administration of an estate in which they have an interest. Susan's advice
is tailored to each client's individual needs and circumstances.
Contact Susan if you need
advice as an executor of a will, or need to write or modify your will.
P.S. As well as the
protection it provides "it is good manners to have a valid current
will in place".
